Two more notebooks have been born today. Notebook #48 was mailed to Brittany in Kentucky, who stumbled upon the website while searching for pictures of notebooks. She decided to get involved and now she has a notebook on its way! After a trip to the post office to mail #48, we decided it had been a while since a notebook has been left in a public place for someone to find. The beach area in Ocean Beach, San Diego seemed like a good choice, so Notebook #49 was left on a boardwalk area where Newport Avenue meets the beach. It was a colder morning and not a lot of people were out around the beach, but we are confident that someone will see it and pick it up.
