We may seem to disappear for a little while every now and then, but we promise that we are still here! All 99 of these notebooks are going to be sent out…eventually. So lets get cranking again.
Notebook #31 was mailed to Livia and Lisa from Germany. Recently we noticed that we never gave away a Notebook #31. Did we forget to make it? Lose it? We aren’t really sure, so we are sending it off to Europe! Livia and Lisa found out about 99 Notebooks while doing European Voluntary Service in Belfast. Maybe they came across one of the notebooks we left in Belfast last summer. Either way, we are super stoked that a notebook is going to Germany.
We also sent two notebooks to our new friend Hilary from Massachusetts. She is a creative writing major (perfect notebook starter) and is going to be volunteering at the Bonnaroo music festival in June. We decided this was too good of an opportunity to pass up, so we sent her two notebooks. She is going to take one of them to the music festival, and the other….well…who knows? The possibilities are endless… and beginningless at the same time. Let’s hope she can get the notebook into the festival. We’ve heard that some festivals are strict about what you can bring in. Anyone have tips on smuggling notebooks into large events?
