I received book #2. I received the book from a girl, Marie Ann, that “surfed” at my house while she was on her Hawaiian vacation. I live on the Big Island of Hawaii. Marie-Ann and I are both part of the www.couchsurfing.com website and met thorough there. I don’t know how she received the book because she didn’t write in it but she just left it in the room after she left. I’ll write something in the book and pass it on to one of my clients. I’m a cosmetologist so I sometimes have clients come in who are vacationing here from far away places.
